WELCOME TO THE CUDDLY CUPID VALENTINE’S DAY SWAP. This swap is open to any forum member who is willing to commit and met the designated checkpoints on time. SIGN UPS WILL CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT PST, ON FRIDAY NOVEMBER 25th 2016.

This is a 100% ARTISTIC FREEDOM SWAP. HUMAN BABIES ONLY, NO ALTERNATIVES. The kit, gender, sleeping/awake, skin tones, bald, rooted, painted, etc is all up to the artist. The baby you receive may be reborn from a BB kit or some limited edition rarely seen sculpt…it’s all up to the artist which kit is painted. THE ONLY STIPULATION IS YOU’RE ASKED TO PAINT A KIT AND IN A STYLE, THAT YOU YOURSELF WOULD NOT FROWN UPON RECEIVING, SO PLEASE DON’T NOT USE THIS SWAP TO DITCH YOUR “FACE ONLY A MOTHER COULD LOVE” KITS ONTO SOMEONE ELSE lol. KIT MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION.

MATCHING: Matching will not take place until the completion deadline, and all babies are completed and ready to ship. So as an artist you will have no idea who you’re making the baby for. The matching will be done by lottery. Numbers placed in a hat, pulled at random and assigned to another randomly pulled number until everyone is matched up. IF YOUR BABY IS NOT COMPLETED BY THE FINAL DEADLINE YOUR NAME WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE LOTTERY AND YOU WILL BE ELIMINATED FROM THE SWAP, NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED.

There will be several checkpoints throughout the swap. Please make a note of the dates listed below and plan accordingly. I understand that emergencies happen and things come up. Emergencies can’t be avoided, but other things can. This swap spans through the holiday season and some folks will have plans and busy schedules, but if you are committing to participate in the swap please make sure your plans won’t prevent you from meeting the checkpoints. If for some reason you aren’t able to meet a checkpoint or have to resign from the swap please let me know ASAP. FAILURE TO MEET A CHECKPOINT WILL RESULT IN YOUR NAME BEING REMOVED FROM THE SWAP.
